DV Tech LLC, Capitol Heights, Maryland, USA, runs dvtechweb.com. This policy explains what personal information the site collects and how we use it.
2. What we collect
- Project form: your name, email, phone and organisation if you give them, your time zone and preferred call times, your current website, the project details and any files you upload, and how you heard about us.
- Newsletter: your email address.
- Visits: anonymous statistics such as pages viewed and country, collected without cookies.
- Spam check: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser to confirm you're a person.
3. How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare your quote, send the monthly tip you signed up for, and keep the site secure. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
4. Who else handles it
A small number of trusted services help us run the site: our email provider, our newsletter service, our hosting and the spam check above. They handle your information only to provide that service to us. Our team works in the United States and Cameroon, so your information may be handled in either country.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to reply and for our business records. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe, using the link in every email.
6. Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email info@dvtechweb.com and we'll take care of it.
7. Security
The site uses an encrypted connection, and access to your information is limited to the people who need it to help you.
8. Children
This site is for businesses and isn't aimed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date above.
